Q.My ISP doesn't have cookies. Can I still order through your website?
A.No. If you can't accept our cookie, please feel free to call us at 1-800-527-0007 and we'll be happy to help you with your order over the phone. Our customer service hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday thru Friday, Pacific Time.
 
Q.Why does your site require cookies?
A.We use cookies to keep track of items placed in your shopping cart. Our cookie doesn't contain any personal information about you or your shopping habits. It only contains your "session id" which looks like this:

A.We want your ordering to be hassle-free. If you encounter problems with our website, please call us at 1-800-527-0007 and we'll be happy to help you over the phone.
 
Q.I registered but never received my password - how will it be sent to me?
A.After registering you should receive a confirmation EMAIL within a few minutes containing your password. If you didn't enter your email address correctly, you won't receive our password notification. Contact us at info@stampsfirst.com and let us know what happened and we'll be happy to assist you.
 
Q.Why do I need a password to order through your website?
A.The "password" is optional and is how registered users can place orders without having to re-enter their shipping/billing information every time. If you haven't registered, just leave the password field blank. If you have forgotten your password just let us know and we'll be happy to look it up for you.
 
Q.I placed an order through your website. Why didn't I receive an email confirmation?
A.All orders placed through our website should generate an immediate confirmation email. Did you enter your correct email address when ordering? Even if you have registered you still have to enter your email address or you won't receive the notification.
 
Q.How do you protect my personal information?
A.Your information is stored on our local database for the convenience of re-ordering. It is never used for any other purpose. Web order information is maintained in a secure database on our server.
 
Q.Do you sell, lease or otherwise share my information with any third parties?
A.Absolutely Not!
