Regular rubber stamp with your signature. Please include size dimensions (height and width) with your order in the "Special Instructions" field.

Please sent your signature via e-mail as a hi-res (300 dpi or greater) JPG or TIF file to info@stampsfirst.com. Your signature can also be faxed to us (use your fax machine's "high resolution" mode) at 800-858-4495 or you can mail us the original. (Please see the Contact Us page for our mailing address.)

Note: Size limit for this special web price is 3/4" high x 2-1/2" wide. For larger sizes please feel free to contact us for a quote.

Signature Submission Policy

Signatures will not be altered or edited without prior authorization. Cleanup and editing will incur additional charges.

Signatures MUST be written in black ink. For the best results, medium point is strongly recommended.

Faxing your signature is the least preferred method of transmission for the purpose of making the best looking stamp possible.

Note: Signatures must not overlap or intersect with other signatures, lines, etc. If a signature overlaps with any non-signature elements, an art clean-up charge will apply.
