Signature Stamps

Save time and money with a signature stamp. When frequent writing of your signature is needed, use a Signature Stamp.

Ordering Instructions

(1) Attach via email a digital image in TIFF or JPEG format OR write signature in black ink on plain white paper (3 different times) and indicate your preference.

(2) Determine style and size desired.

(3) Please send us your signature by Email or Regular Mail or Fax (800-858-4495). (Please use the Fax option only if your Fax machine can transmit at a high resolution of 600 dpi or higher.)

Note: If you would like text (typesetting) added to your signature, please give us a call.

Signature Submission Policy

Signatures will not be altered or edited without prior authorization. Cleanup and editing will incur additional charges.

Signatures MUST be written in black ink. For the best results, medium point is strongly recommended.

Faxing your signature is the least preferred method of transmission for the purpose of making the best looking stamp possible.

Note: Signatures must not overlap or intersect with other signatures, lines, etc. If a signature overlaps with any non-signature elements, an art clean-up charge will apply.
