Credit card refunds
All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original
purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your
statement.
Refunds on shipping charges
We will refund shipping charges only if we've sent the wrong item
or the item is defective. Packages must be returned prepaid. We
cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order total. To save you money, we do NOT
estimate shipping charges at the time your order is submitted online. All charges are based on the
actual weight of your order. As soon as charges have been calculated you will be notified of the
cost.
