StampsFirst.com makes every effort to protect your online order information. All orders are processed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than StampsFirst.com.

In that case, you'll be unable to connect to the server so you won't have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connection. If you can't access the secure server for whatever reason, please place your order by phone or fax.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, please contact us. We will do everything possible to help you with your order.

We stand behind our products. If the product you receive from us is defective, please contact us and we will do everything required to make it right.

Please note: Due to the nature of our industry - each order is customized and made to order - refunds or returns are generally not accepted.

Credit card refunds
All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
 
Refunds on shipping charges
We will refund shipping charges only if we've sent the wrong item or the item is defective. Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

If you've provided a valid e-mail address when you order you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. You will also be provided with a link you can use to check the real-time status of your order.

Shipping Options
 
Once packages are shipped, the following delivery times will normally apply:

POSTAL SERVICES

USPS Priority Mail	Delivered anywhere in the U.S. in 2-3 days, Delivery six days a week (Mon - Sat). Delivery confirmation is available, although tracking is not.
1st Class Mail	Standard postal delivery time, no confirmation or tracking are available.

UPS SERVICES

UPS Ground-Commercial	delivery to commercial businesses. Delivery is 2-8 days depending upon the zone you live in.
UPS Ground-Residential	delivery to residential addresses (a home based business is considered residential). Delivery is 2-8 days depending upon the zone you live in.
UPS 3-Day Select	3 business days to deliver your package
UPS 2nd Day Air	2 business days to deliver
UPS Overnite Saver	delivered in 1 business day - guaranteed by 3:00pm
UPS Overnite	delivered in 1 business day - guaranteed by 10:30am Tracking and Delivery confirmation is available on all packages sent UPS

FEDEX SERVICES

All FedEx options are available. We can bill you or ship using your FedEx account number. Tracking and Delivery confirmation is available on all packages sent FedEx.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order total. To save you money, we do NOT estimate shipping charges at the time your order is submitted online. All charges are based on the actual weight of your order. As soon as charges have been calculated you will be notified of the cost.
