Signature StampsSave time and money with a signature stamp. When frequent writing of your signature is needed, use a Signature Stamp Ordering Instructions:
Signature Submission Policy Signatures will not be altered or edited without prior authorization. Cleanup and editing will incur additional charges. Signatures MUST be written in black ink. For the best results, ballpoint pen (medium point) is strongly recommended. Faxing your signature is the least preferred method of transmission for the purpose of making the best looking stamp possible. Note: Signatures must not overlap or intersect with other signatures, lines, etc. If a signature overlaps with any non-signature elements, an art clean-up charge will apply. We can shrink your signature to the stamp size you choose. When mailing please do not fold on a signature sample. If you do not follow the requirements we cannot guarantee the quality of your signature and we will be unable to offer refunds.
